Really!!!
Our Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño and our Pct. 2 County Commissioner Gus Ruiz were presenting awards and recognitions to first responders who went beyond the call of duty to provide assistance to the flood victims.
The people of the affected area (including Santa Rosa) have not for one moment forgotten how they were treated in those dark days when they were in need of cour county leadership. It would have been so nice that both our county judge and commissioner were the ones recognized for their fast action and quick response to all those affected.
These flood victims will never forget how our county leaders failed them when in dir eneed. That's my opinion. What's yours?

Someone please crop Trevino and Ruiz's faces off of that picture!!! They deserve no recognition for anything!! They went above and beyond of showing their true colors is what they did! We haven't forgotten what was said or their actions! Wish I could say what I really want to say, but I know it will get Ruiz's panties in a bunch and he would want to file charges! For being a Marine he sure is a pussy!
