MAZZ'S JOE LOPEZ PAYING HIS DUES AT PAROLE OFFICE

Think it's easy for Joe Lopez to comply with his parole restrictions? Think again.

When he was released March, 2018, he did not only had to register as a sex offender, he also had to comply with a plethora of restrictions to remain free.

Texas Department of Criminal Justice said the singer will be required to abide by these rules:

No Contact with Victim;
No unsupervised contact with children < 17 Years;
Prohibition on internet access for certain sex offenders;
Sex Offender Program;
SISP: Super Intensive Supervision Program;
Offender shall not reside with, contact, or cause to be contacted any person 17 years of age, or younger, in person, by telephone, correspondence, video or audio device, third person, media, or any electronic means, unless approved by the supervising parole officer; and

Offender shall not enter the specified county(s) without prior approval, Harris County, Texas.

All offenders released on parole are subject to the following General Conditions of release, they include but are not limited to:
I shall upon release from the institution, report immediately to my Parole Officer; thereafter, report as directed and follow all instructions from my Parole Officer;
I shall commit no offense against the laws of this State or any other State or of the United States;
I shall reside in a specific place as approved by my supervising officer;
I shall not travel outside the State of Texas without the approval of my supervising officer;
I shall not unlawfully own, possess, use, sell nor have under my control any weapon or illegal weapon;
I shall avoid persons or places of disreputable or harmful character; and

Rumor has it that the Reyna brothers are furious over the possibility of loosing the Kingship at the Sheriff's Office. Lets face it, they have been running the department. They are so scared that the aunt Linda Salazar and cousin Ruben Cortez are sharing similar feelings. After convincing the Cameron County Sheriff Deputies Association to support the Sheriff and other candidates of their political network organization they seem to think they are invinsible. Makes you wonder how they can control an organization that is suppose to be with the deputies.Tomorrow will be a shock to them. Poll watching has its perks.

ALL elected officials HERE IN BROWNSVILLE AND CAMERON COUNTY should also have a plethora of restrictions to remain in office and any and all crimes committed by these officials should be a FEDERAL CRIME...

To all his critics, Joe got permission from the state parole office to resume his singing career again so he went a Freedom Tour with his band in December, 2019. He played to packed concerts in Houston, Robstown, and San Antonio, to the delight of hundreds of his fans.

I bet the Scumbag Rene Oliveira doesn't have to visit his probation officer the same way, he meets his probation officer nightly for supper at the bar.
