(Ed.'s Note: If you ever have the occasion to drive on 12th Street and S. Frontage, look at the four whimsical horsemen of the muffler standing on the corner of Southmost Radiator and Muffler Shop at 1154 Frontage Rd.
There you will see these fine gents, cousins to the Tin Man of the Wizard of Oz. They are the creation of the crew laboring in the pits replacing burnt-out mufflers and leaky radiators. Apparently, the tough, dirty work did not dampen their artistic muse. If they only had a heart!)

Only in gutter-living Brownsville is that Art. smh
"Las Vegas is putting homeless people in parking lots while the city's hotels are completely empty.
Sounds like something they would do here!!!
hint hint bike trails...
They want only items from the founding fathers of this community like gringos ONLY.
Brownsville art is garbage, you can find it everywhere in Brownsville. If you put this junk on the hike and bike trails, no one will see it, cause the millions dollars that is been spent on the ghost trails no one will see this junk.
Hillybillies can' even do that
