Pct. 4 Commissioner Gus Ruiz - usually the first to toot his horn on everything that happens in his precinct - has so far withheld any information on the mandatory quarantine imposed on the road crews in his area.The precinct is easily the largest one land-wise in the four in the county and borders on Hidalgo County and includes Santa Rosa, La Feria, Santa Maria as well as a slice of Harlingen.
County precincts are carved out based on population, with each one of the four tallying just over 100,00-plus residents.While the road crew of the precinct undergoes the mandatory 14-day quarantine for COVID-19, the ret of the precincts will probably be called to bail out Ruiz's precinct.

You are correct. Everybody that says to stay at home are people that are still getting a paycheck. Then they pretend that they care about peoples live. They can say that they are good people but they're getting a check. Stay home huevones but let the rest of us work.
