ABBOTT: NO SPECIAL ELECTIONS FOR TSC, BND, ALL NOV. 3

Special to El Rrun-Rrun

The uncertainty and waiting is over.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has ordered that the delayed May elections postponed by the onslaught of the COVID-19 on the state will now be held at the same time as the general election Tuesday, November 3. In a letter to Texas Southmost College President Dr. Jesus R. Rodriguez, Dede Keith, Deputy Director of the Governor's Office Constituent Communications Division, said Abbott will not be authorizing a special election for TSC.

That means that the BND will also not be authorized to hold a special election and will hold it Nov. 3, too.

The two districts usually hold their elections in early May, but were delayed as the virus spread and made it dangerous for voters to go to the polls and cast their votes. No date had been set for the elections until now.

435 seats in the United House of Representatives, 35 of the 100 seats in the United States Senate, and the office of President of the United Sates will be contested.

The challengers are hoping that the extra time will work on their favor, but it could also make the incumbents work that much harder.

A secretive, nationwide police pressure — created with out congressional enter or authorization, shaped from extremely politicized companies, tasked with rooting out obscure threats and answerable solely to the president — is a nightmare out of the fever desires of the founding technology, federalists and antifederalists alike. It’s one thing People proceed to concern and for good motive. It’s a energy that can’t and mustn’t exist in a democracy, lest it undermine and destroy the complete undertaking.

If you want big companies big banks to hire private military cops to come into your town to arrest your ass just because you oppose something go ahead and vote for the republican president and kiss all your liberties GOOD BYE
