Whatever the mumbo-jumbo means, who care! It seems that this one will be anothher one of those sure cases that will be thrown out because of the stupidity of a judge or a lawyer. Yet, when it comes to a minor traffic ticket, the defendent is pinned against the wall and castrated. Let us know what else you find out, Juan, for i am sure the Herald will be muted itself. As for a visiting judge or change of venue judge or whatever, they all play the same game. If the trial is held in October, will we be able to show up for court and possibly behave in a matter that they know we are truly upset with the "unjustice system?"

The question was whether to rrvoke her bond and arrest her for breaking the guidelines, but I bet she will have the audacity to show up at the next board meeting and lead everyone by their noses. Why was she not arrested like any other common criminal who breaks bond restrictions. Please let the judge explain this to us? Your three readers have a right to know how Carlos Elizondo abused his power along with his wife Cindy Huerta Elizondo (Rivera Counselor) who neglected her responsibilities as a lead counselor. This story will not go away because when students are negatively affected by this lady, then justice must prevail. Carlos being on the board will show the world that uneducated individuals like Carlos Stifle the progression of student growth. Cindy would leave work for hours to go to luncheons with Carlos. Classified teachers would see her leave at 9:30am and maybe come back by 4:00pm. She needs to transfer out of Rivera so the school can improve. Norma Jean Canales needs to be held accountable. 10:46 it's not just board members spouses at BISD. Administrator spouses are worse for BISD. Just like the ex-board member's wife, we have the Administrator wife who "works" out of his office all the time and has access to everyones emails and info. BISD knows this person is the one of the laziest and unethical employees. This catering to board members spouses and Administrator spouses has got to stop. Employees know this is the norm and they are tired of seeing it. That Administrator wife needs to be moved out and put to work so she won't have the time to be in the husband's Department. Just drive down Price and that wife truck is in that office next to NY Deli or Main Office 3rd floor. Again, it's not just board members wife's, it's a big BISD problem that is out of control.

Brownsville if these people are voted in then you are the reason Brownsville and BISD don’t progress.these candidates are all self serving individuals. I am so glad that there are other people within the community that realize that the biggest error from this board is having dismissed our previous superintendent. Even Sylvia Hatton was doing a better job than this idiot.
As far as experience and expertise and thinking out of the box, this district has never had a superintendent as superior as Dr. Zendejas. That was the problem as we can all see. She did not like for some else to be smarter than she was and did not have to go around tooting her own horn. So did Minerva and so they got their cronies together, including Drew, to come and get rid of someone who would have a solution for our problems right now.
