Don't portrait them as the victims, it is true they are living in those conditions, they want to live like that, municipal government had offered relocation to a big venue multiple times and they reject it. They think if they are closer to the bridge, they will get an interview faster. Matamoros has been great with them offering multiple social programs but they don't appreciate them.
