Beautiful, unlike Erasmo Castro’s driving! When did that idiot get his license back? He can’t decide which lane he wants to drive in and has no regard for speed limits, including school zones. I realize kids aren’t in school but posted limits should still be respected. That blob is a disgrace to Brownsville.
