DERRICK: ANOTHER COVID-19 LOSS TO OUR COMMUNITY

(Ed.'s Note: It is with a heavy heart that we received the news of the passing of local Brownsville attorney and all-around good human being Derrick Juarez, who left us early this morning after fighting the COVID-19 virus for many weeks. We pass our condolences to his family and the entire Cameron County Bar. In the photo above he is pictured with his newborn daughter Ivy Solezzi de Juarez, now three. Peace be with him.)
