ALL STREETS GET FLOODED EXCEPT BIKE TRAILS, THEY HAVE A ANTI-FLOODING SYSYTEM STATE OF THE ART (ART OF STUPIDITY).
Palm Blvd flooded and still they have a hi-speed chase? How? Oh they used the bike trails.
Tell everybody they deliberately have floods so there won't be high speed chases.
Bike trails dont get flooded and that's all that matters. Priorities are all screwed up thanks to pet projects. We need true elected officials that can really take charge and provide municipal services such as street maintenance and proper drainage. No more useless bike lines downtown, in fact, the current ones need to be removed as hardly anyone uses it.
