We have just received word of the passing of a good and dear friend and family physician Dr. Jesus Antonio Caquias from complications arising from COVID-19. He was in critical condition at Valley Regional Hospital. His wife, Carmela, was also reported hospitalized with the virus.Dr. Caquias, a native of Puerto Rico, grew up in the Bronx in New York City before acquiring his medical degree and coming to practice here, in his wife's hometown.
An author of several books and pamphlets on religion, he was a devoted follower of God and often sponsored events to advance His Word. He often provided medical attention to many patients despite their inability to pay for his services.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family and will always remember him as a devout man and a friend of the common people. Peace be with him and his.

Once Trump loses, former U.S. attorney Glenn Kirschner's concept for a Trump Crimes Commission should be launched, investigating a wide range misdeeds, up to and including the sabotage of the US Postal Service. I hope Trump and his adult children have picked out non-extradition nations and packed their go-bags. They'll need 'em.

I saw a customer coughing and holding his hand over his mask which he lowered to his neck and than handling items on the shelves with his hand. Good Luck CUSTOMERS...
First responders are lost just because some selfish un-human individual person who will not consider others. Our doctors and nurses are on the direct line of fire and all because someone, including our president, BISD or USA call it a hoax. Not until their family is effected will they finally understand. Why can't people get that into their mind?

Cameron and other near by counties are reason why there should be an investigation of U.S. postal services. You have used dead peoples social securities number, abused the elderly in nursing homes, using certain individuals to fill in the ballots for certain elected officials and using temporary visas for ILLEGAL voting. Cameron county has insisted on Not requiring photo ID and to vote. Why not ask Carlos Masso? Yet, you have the nerve to question, you need to go wipe up your ass before you go out and proclaim certain rights. No disrespect to this doctor, but when you have idiots commenting on issues on sites that are not appropriate, it hits a nerve.
Was he a real Dr. or did he also have an online Doctorate degree?
