OOPS, SOMEONE DIDN'T GET THE MEMO ON CITY PLAZA HOURS

(Ed.'s Note: groups of people on both entrances to the City of Brownsville's City Plaza were puzzled to find the doors closed and no one allowed inside, although the drive-through booth was open under the elevated parking. A passing city supervisor told both groups that entry was only allowed by appointment and required a previous appointment which would then be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, this Thursday – Thanksgiving – it and other city, county and state offices will be closed.)
