You cared so much for the students of BISD and swore to work to help out as a member of the school board. As soon as you did not get it your way, your turned around and sued the district you love so much, for 1 billion dollars.
You spoiled daughter felt that the grading policy and regulations was not made for her since she was a judge's daughter. Guidelines are guidelines for everyone - the same for all. You wanted the Grading Policy changed for your daughter. Can you imagine the can of worms it would have opened to those parents who had abided by the policy? Did Sylvia promise to support you on such matter, or why else would she feel so comfortable to go to your home and ask you for a "contribution?" Explain that side of the story.

It seems to contradict the timeline of previously indicated events.
An official document that an attempted bribe was reported immediately after the incident would certainly close the book on any involvement by the Judge!
Elia, you lied to the public with putting out your statement distancing yourself with bribing BISD board members in return for a favorable decision on your lawsuit with the school district. Sylvia has been wire tapped and recorded you and many other attorneys. Don't try to disrespect the FBI, remember what they did to Sylvia. Elia, just turn all the evidence you have against the District Attorney over to the FBI and save yourself.
THE QUESTION IS; WHY WOULD ATKINSON EVEN APPROACH HER KNOWING SHE HAD A CASE AGAINST BISD TAX PAYERS? THE ANSWER LAYS WITHIN HER OWN STATEMENT (LETTER) "SHE WAS A PERSONAL FAMILY FRIEND"!
