A liquid nitrogen leak at a poultry plant northeast of Atlanta killed six workers and sent 11 more to the hospital Thursday. At least three of the people hospitalized are in critical condition, officials said.

Local, state, and federal police and health and safety investigators are looking for what may have caused the leak at the Gainesville, Ga., Foundation Food Group plant. They cautioned Thursday it may be some time before they find out what happened.

Five of the workers were found dead at the plant. A sixth person was transferred to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville and died there. Mexico's Foreign Relations Department said that two of the six people who died were Mexican citizens.

The dead are identified as:

Jose DeJesus Elias-Cabrera, 45, of Gainesville
Corey Alan Murphy, 35, of Clermont
Nelly Perez-Rafael, 28, of Gainesville
Saulo Suarez-Bernal, 41, of Dawsonville
Victor Vellez, 38, of Gainesville
Edgar Vera-Garcia, 28, of Gainesville

It’s Still Trump’s Party — GOP Can’t Cry Even if They Want To

Democrats need to keep reminding voters that the Republicans can’t give up on Trump.

Hey, Republicans. Expel the Representatives and Senators in your caucus who voted to overturn a free and fair election that didn’t go their way, in the middle of a catastrophic pandemic and economic chaos. And expel the members calling for violence against elected Democrats.

Until then, you can go and fuck yourselves.

Garret Miller, a Capitol rioter who was additionally charged with making threats to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and a Capitol police officer in posts online, released a statement through his attorney in which he apologized and pinned the blame on Trump for his conduct.

“While I never intended to harm Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez nor harm any members of the Capitol police force, I recognize that my social media posts were completely inappropriate,” the 34-year-old Miller said in a statement. “They were made at a time when Donald Trump had me believing that an American election was stolen.”

Poor people just trying to make an honest living. Don’t matter where they were from.

Two were from Mexico. The rest from South America.

Good workers.....risk their lives to earn a living.

That is why the USA needs migrants ....to work under dangerous conditions.

In Houston, they work in tall buildings.

You know meat processing plants and dairy plants are the ones who organize the caravans. They send people down to central america to tell the poor people to come to work at the plant in America. Promising them jobs.

The the few who manage to get here are modern day slaves. The meat plant owners don't care if Mexicans died at their plant. They will hire more from the next caravan without giving them a second thought. Then blame the Mexicans for being here illegally.

Americans want their cheap meat, nicely packaged, cheap cheap cheap.
