Poor Ms/Mr Atkinson (don't know what role she plays). She thought she was smarter than everyone else. She wanted the superintendent fired because of spite on her side...she hired a superintendent that would do all her favors. She aligned with drue and Erasmo to fire people including the superintendent. Thanks to those that followed her on different times, she won some battles but lost the war. Erasmo forgets that he was on her side at one time...then she turned on him and now he hates atkinson for what she stands. Atkinson treated people like as if she was the plantation owner and many fell for her style, kissing her big fat toe, all the way to the bank. Look were people are at now, her sidekick Dora SAuceda can't get out of BISD fast enough. Her presence at BISD has devalued worst than the mexican peso. Atkinson's wife/girlfriend is working hard to bring back kids ignoring the dangers of in-person classes. She wants to win the title of the principal with the most students enrolled. Look at minerva...her day in court is around the corner. She may still be removed from the Board and will leave longoria behind. Longoria hated atkinson so much before and then she turned for the sake of a position. Her value in bisd is low in the eyes of the principals...no respect for her leadership. Poor atkinson, the house of cards is shaky and those that followed her are worried they may lose their "free of error" leadership-make a mistake, don't worry, atkinson will save you-not for long, if the super does his job... he is indebted to atkinson. Those that atkinson hurt are hoping for the court system to follow through on its process.

About the supt, have you noticed that when they advertise BISD in the media the same programs and initiatives that were instilled by our former Supt. are still the ones he is taking credit for. Not one new program has come out since his invasion and look at all the money he gets for nothing.

So in all of these BISD shenanigans, nothing happens. It's all acceptable. The drunk on the job is still getting a paycheck. Sylvia Atkinson got Dora Sauceda back in. Minerva got Rose Longoria in and no one respects Rose. Alma Rubio begged Dr. Zendejas for AA job and thinks she is smarter than anyone..jajajaj Sandra López was a favor to an ex board member years ago, another one that no one cares for. These are your BISD leaders Principals. They cover each other's crap and want the teachers to praise them. Dora Sauceda keeps hiring her bff's from the outside and there's no jobs for our BISD people. Dora Sauceda needs to go. Dora Sauceda has stunk BISD and embarrassed BISD all over. She had HR cover him for years and kept it hush hush. Teachers from San Bene know about the Drunk at BISD before BISD.

Rubio has set her goals high since she was at Central Middle School. She is a go-getter and does her job, but she still needs to pick up on some people skills. Maybe hanging around with people like SPA cause some of them to think that they are unique and better than others. Alma, stick to your individual goals and be real about your intentions.

Montoya? Zendejas? Gutierrez? What a mess...all of it. 3 terrible leaders who are too busy trying to handhold board members and vendors to lead.
Joe wanted a girl to do his work and buy his stuff. Others wanted a puppet they could control.
It matters NOT what campaign you run, Best of the Rest, The right choice, believe in bisd...bleed bisd....it matters not. The charters are winning because they choose leaders while we chose friends and family and vendors.
In a district where VENDORS rule, students lose. And BISD, paint it however you want...you are losing.
Regardless of your concept about Dr. Zendejas, you must admit that both times she was here as head-honcho, the district improved tremendously, even at national level. She was rough and tough but that is what a leader should be.
If she got after you, you had to know why and what you had done wrong. If she had done so much wrong as the board claimed, why did the TEA select her as the leader of a educational service center? She succeeds in all she tries because she puts the kids first and what was so good about that was that the students themselves knew her and all she did for them. Envy is a real monster, especially when one woman proves to be stronger than the others. She took most of the blame for things Montoya should have done and didn't and that caused someone to go after her. Now that someone will have ample of time to sit back and draw a comparison chart while she sits behind bars. What goes around, comes around and who knows, maybe La Doctora will come around for another stint after they open up their eyes and get rid of this lazy good-for-nothing superintendent.
Alma Rubio was a bully at Besteiro and then got moved to main office. At Bilingual, it was the same and only lobbied for people that could help her talk techy and then they left to be consultants. She may be a go getter but she is a big time bullshitter and has side deals going on with some of her consultant and tech vendors. Remember it's all about Vendors in BISD and not the students.
