Farmer's market needs to start paying the city for utilizing their property to sell their products. They also using the Gutierrez warehouse to store their stuff rent-free. Its high time for them to start paying up instead of taking advantage of taxpayers. Better off, start selling at the 77 flea market and pay just as everyone else.
