Has anyone else received offers from Dallas, and San Antonio investment firms offering to buy your properties? Our home is not for sale, but we have gotten 3 offers in the last 2 weeks. I asked one of the firms if they were looking for properties because of Space X. After a long pause, they admitted that yes, that was the reason. It's getting kind of ridiculous in Brownsville!

A couple of years back a Brownsville businessman told me that Space-X would result in an economic change for the good.
