(Ed.'s Note: We came across this posting on Facebook where former Cameron County Sheriff and his wife are being congratulated by his former Sgt. Rodrigo Almanza on their 70th wedding anniversary. In the post, Almanza says he is thankful of Lucio's friendship and wise words. Compared to the new policies of Sheriff Eric Garza and his administration who demand loyalty, they might find it instructive that loyalty is not coerced, rather it is earned with reciprocal respect. Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Lucio.)

People like Domingo Diaz that spent his law enforcement "career" burning people just stay where he is at, aint that right Mingo? you went and told Sheriff Lucio that Capt Rodriguez was leaking info to the feds just to get him fired and to get his rank, but youre so dumb that cant pass a simple test... or when you burned Almanza with some bullshit the first time he took the sgt's exam... who got Carlos Garza fired? your time will come Mingo.

Oy vey, Raza! Coof cough lifted enough for this vato to skedaddle across the pond at budget prices. Unfortunately, my travel agent booked me to Calais France at a rate that was to good to be true. I bit; hook, line and sinker. Thought I was gonna get a traditional casolet al a French inspired Anthony Bourdaine style. The bastards served me Vienna sausages with pork and beans. My tour of the city reminded me of the RGV. Many, many people camped out looking for a better life across the English Channel.

Lucio was the scum of the department from sexual harrasment to overpaying some employees. The list goes on and on. The amount of lawsuits under his time are ridiculously high. His administration harassed and bullied employees they personally did not like. They used lies and claim to be fair and just. That's why they lost. So, stop the bullshit!! Don't make him out to be someone he is not!

Of course Lucio had lawsuits it's expected being in office for 20 years. But Garza takes the cake less than 6 months in office and has lawsuits up his ass!
The Jail the worst it's ever been. The moral is so low. Not even when Conrado was is office was it this bad...coming into office. People actually respected him. Unfortunately he was eventually caught protecting criminals over the citizens.
