He wrote this on his comatose blog: "Jim "Balls" Barton, the publisher of the award-winning The Brownsville Observer"

Lies. Barton has won what award? ja ja ja ja

"The Pedro Cardenas Beat His Ass Award," that's what!

Eh, Paya Jerry, tu tambien la cagaste, guey. Mojones los dos mensos!

Congratulations! However, they need to hire a Female Judge and an assistant director that knows the court functions and all the clerks duties! Valerie Garcia was very good Judge.

About damn time they make a change! Bobby's compadre Sanchez( Municipal Court Assistant Director) should be next. They have lost so many great & knowledgeable clerks in the last year. They definately don't know how to value their employees. It's always favoritism with those two. If ex Associate Judge Valerie Garcia was still there she would have been the perfect Chief Judge.

A tax system where the peasants are taxed and the aristocrats aren’t is what they had in France before the fall of the Bastille. That’s not capitalism, that’s feudalism.

I’m not a socialist. But I’m not a feudalist either.

Today's Republican Party is a fascist, criminal, sociopathic, anti-democratic, white supremacist, theocratic, plutocratic and cultlike organization. Its leaders (and followers) have repeatedly and publicly shown the world that they embrace such values and behavior.

In response, the Democratic Party, the mainstream news media and too many average Americans have responded to the Age of Trump and its horrors by trying to convince themselves that the Republican Party and larger right-wing movement are something other than what they have shown themselves to be.

And of course there is the fetish of "bipartisanship." Under its sway, the Democratic Party's leadership and too many among the mainstream news media and commentariat have convinced themselves that compromise with Republicans, no matter how radicalized and extremist they have become, is something virtuous in itself.

NO UNITY!!!

Word is that a deal has been cut at city hall. Rene de Coss brings in his new assistant city attorney Victor Flores, to be his successor.
De coss is rewarded with Presiding Judge position. Sounds like a quid pro quo! Get ready for some lawsuits City if Brownsville and Noel Bernal.
City manager has no qualms spending millions in consultants, a bit more in legal fees and settlements won’t hurt.
This goes to show that City Commission and Mayor have no say. Bernal holds all the keys and all the POWER!

Murder In Haiti -

In 2016, the Haitian presidency was taken by Moïse, a leader very much in the Trump mold: authoritarian, corrupt, and unwilling to leave office on schedule. Moïse’s term expired in February of this year, but he held on, and sought to amend the Haitian constitution so he could remain until 2026 and eliminate rival power centers, notably the Haitian senate. And like Trump, Moïse seems fated to bequeath to his country new spasms of recrimination and paranoia. We may never know who ordered his assassination: Haitian police have already gunned down four of the suspected assailants.

The people that are so full of hate that it defines their very existence are Democrats. Don't bolster your argument by counting mainstream media. The whole country knows they are agenda driven, and the average American is a Trump supporter. The Democrat's fetish for bipartisanship only exists when they are in the minority, as has been obvious for the last 12 yrs. It is not the Republicans that are radicalized. The Democrats have turned flat out Communist.

“Black Republican Allen Allen West's hard-charging entry into the 2022 governor's race race will absolutely force Greg Abbott to ramp up conservative-sounding rhetoric and posturing because he knows he's in trouble with the GOP primary voters."

What did Graham Sevier say, and can he say it again, louder?

It's people like you that give Democrats a bad name.

Grow up and see what is going on right in front of you.

All of the Bullshit rhetoric still cannot hide the fact that even though Sleepy Joe Biden and his goofy Veep stole an election and will continue thier assault on the U.S. Constitution and the good people of the United States until they are gone.

President Biden won the elections legally, after all, he was not the one caught red-handed trying to cheat in Georgia (find me 11 thousands votes. Rigged elections? What a joke.

So did Bobby quit or get fired?

This is how the USA will be destroyed. From within. Anger, not working together, we are right, you are wrong. This is what's inside America.
Americans do not know history, nor the definiton of Communism: this is a work, money culture and society. This is changing now too. A new culture and a new society is emerging.

I will say that I liked Judge Bobby Lerma, he, IMHO, ran the Municipal Court system welland was a fine judge. I've also had the opportunity to also practice in front of former Associate Municipal Judge Rigoberto Flores as well. I found him to also be knowledgeable in the law and also has a great judicial temperament. The Court, in my opinion remains on a great path.
