Vote NO!
You have a sports park, convention center, Camille Playhouse and "City Hall for sale". Donations needed for favors. Just ask Corrupt Musk.

No thanks. It will not impact Cameron County, RGV nor Northern Mexico. Northern Mexico, what the fuck do you eat, smoke or drink. Why would Mexico want to use it. Concerts are better in Edinburg Texas.
It will only impact city manager and City elected officials wallets.

Who owns the land where it will be built? Who will get the contract for the concessions and for how much? Hay que tener cuidado con los enanos culeros y sus socios.

VOTE NO to this Plan. According to them, it's not going to cost the local taxpayers but the monies to pay for this will be the Visitors. BS, sounds like a (Biden) Democratic Idea, we will pay for this in the long run. Bad enough, the County Officials voted for their pay raises but nothing for the employees. Then, they also raise taxes when the Appraisal District raises the property values to the extreme, making the taxes higher. Wake up and make a STAND. Enjoy these ideas when inflation is getting out of hand.

The County needs to be honest with Cameron County voters. The 2 percent HOT tax and the car rental tax will never be enough to pay for this project. Where is the feasibility study for this project? How do we know that Cameron County taxpayers aren't going to be left holding the bag?

Little Troll Trevino...stop the wet dreams after you go to bed; the CONVENTION CENTER ain’t gonna happen! The County citizens and tax payers are SICK of you!

Brownsville needs more fuckup projects. The city's Convention center on Paredes Line road is always empty. The democrats want another bike and hike trail shit project number 2.

Brownsville needs to fix the flooding of the streets. That is where the money and the projects should go. I do not know but maybe in the year 3021, Brownsville will not flood.

So. Project !: find out the pipes that need to be installed downtown
Project 2: figure out the budget necessary to change the pipes, fix the streets downtown
Project 3: hire the staff and firms that will do the job.
Project 4: Start the work.
This can take 4 years but then the downtown has been fixed.

Proect 5: fix the rest of the streets that flood.

10:31 am. Dumbass.
Bernal and Helen Ramirez a cheap fuck. But, it's costing the city of Brownsville expansion. They think they know too much and do nothing. All city leaders, lazy.
Slum or not. This has been in the works for 2 years. Come to the groundbreaking ceremony. Brownsville is embarrassed a small neighboring city is planning for the future with great leaders. Brownsville politicianshit, city manager and mayor have no plan. Revitalizing downtown, what a joke. Ropa usada on every block. Nothing wrong with usada. Downtown has nothing to offer. Had revitalizing been on 802 mall area. Yeah you would kick ass. Your leaders want it near there property. Leaders, Living in the past. You have 1 maybe 2 hotel south of old Alice Rd. What does that tell you. Old Alice road to the south is 3/4 of the city of Brownsville. And all big business owner on the other 1/4 of town. Old Alice/Central Blvd, old Alice/I think it's international Blvd or SPI Blvd.Brownsville dumbass leaders.
