After all, Garza was heavily financed in his race by the Gracias, and now we hear that the commissary contract at the jails was awarded to Johnathan's mother-in-law. That's a nice little pile of cash a year from that sweetheart deal, well above $750,000 a year! Talk about the ties that bind!)
