SIGNS AT LEVEE COUNTY BUILDING; BETTER LATE THAN NEVER...

(Ed.'s Note: Ask city staffers over at the City Plaza Municipal Building how many times a day people looking for the county building show up there wanting to buy license plates or register a car, or pay their property taxes, maybe even file a small-claims complaint. The city workers have to tell them the county building is a block down at the old Wells Fargo Bank building. Even more confusing is the fact that the city building is also former bank building. You see, there was nothing to indicate, except for small writing on the doors, that the county services were inside. Well, the building opened in 2017 after an extensive renovation and all that time there was no sign indicating it was the county building. That has changed, finally, after five years in operation. Better late, than never...)
