(1) grass looks like shit
(2) the corner of Central Blvd and Wild Rose monument sign looks like shit. Flickering light, no flowers, no grass.

Sign of no preventive maintenance, no maintenance schedule, no fertilizer schedule, probably no sprinkler system or schedule, nothing.. im no landscape expert, I don't even have a veteran relative, but Its a far cry from being, a decent memorial to our fallen soldiers and loved ones.
Lol. City of Brownsville appears to only tackle projects during the inception when all of the pomp gives them good publicity and quickly forgets that a lot of these projects need scheduled maintenance or at least follow up. What is new? Maintenance does not appear to be of importance in their budgets.

The city hired tres gringos airport, public works and parks. all these depatment are a plain joke I have never seen such incompetence here at those three departments HIRE MORE GRINGOS pinche enano gringo mamon... COCO
Quit whining! This city is run and operated by democrats, which you all voted into office. Brownsville is the dirtiest city in the US. In turn, Matamoros is the dirtiest city in Mexico. Truly twin cities. Viva Charro Days!
How clean or how dirty a city is says a lot about its citizens. Brownsville is filthy! No matter where you turn or look there's trash and dilapidated buildings. No community pride.

Any of us that work at EPW can tell you first hand that Mr. G is not white and very much discriminates against white people or all other ethnicities and he is sexists towards women. He has harassed and intimidated most of women and non Hispanics under his command.
