IGNORANT. These costumes are worn by people, as the name says it, from the AMERICA; and AMERICA IS A CONTINENT. The United States OF AMERICA is PART of that continent. Costumes are not stupid,IGNORANT people ARE stupid. You want respect? START GIVING IT.
Brownsville is a BORDER town. Go to ANY border town and you will find unique museums with costumes from native americans to costumes from other places. The ladies that run this place VOLUNTEER and give THEIR OWN authentic customs to show.
