First it was Carlos Casco, the main instigator, then Casco is placed in the Texas Secretary of State, then Casco appoints Pete Sepulveda, to county judge, then, Filemon Vela appears out of no-where as a Republican that switched to Democratic, then out of nowhere Vela resigns, then comes Trevino with the baton. All this is going on when Governor Rick Perry was governor.
Trevino always arrogant, but self serving person. no pay raises for the county employees but all the county leaders voted themselves one. PUB fiasco & deflecting like the attorney he is, tried to get a salary as mayor, tried to mislead the public about the Arena. VOTE HIM OUT.
When Carlos Cascos was County Judge, there were NO raises.
