Downtown Brownsville would be a perfect area for all homeless to live. Its already dirty and smelly. It just needs more homeless individuals to give it that special appeal. Everyone needs a place to live.

WRONG Robin, it IS a perfect place to sleep for the homeless, as they have all they need, with the exception of toilets, but la bruja is going to include toilets on her next building bike trails project.
