I went to the candidates forum at the main branch library. Macias comes across as a "nice lady"; she is kind of afraid of being agressive . She is almost afraid to step on toes. I went in with the mentality to listen. She and Rubalcaba are both excellent speakers; I doubt very much if they are somebody's puppet. Bryan Martinez had A "family emergency"; I don't know if that is true, but family comes first, unless he was afraid to confront Galonsky. I know a couple of friends that live on Southmost, they are VERY MUCH satisfied with Galonsky. Villarreal and Lopez need to be more involved and more agressive. Erasmo Castro goes to the extreme in being agressive. He speaks the truth about what he says in the monies BUT he has proven with his acts that he is not much different than those with the power. John and Jessica will split the vote and at the end of the day those that go OUT AND VOTE will make the difference.
