How is it possible that El Bravo, el periodico de Tamaulipas continues to be published with this economy, with the danger reporters face and with social media so popular among young people?
El Bravo reports national, local, border town news....plus has the social page, entertainment page, comics, wanted ads and the nota roja page. Also does this in the digital version.
There was another newspaper El Expreso that was sold here in Brownsville, but then something happened.
The Brownsville Herald....needs to work harder and continue publishing the newspaper in paper form etc IN SPANISH too.
Come on, Brownsville Herald put a good fight against El Bravo.
It's time that the Matamoros newspapers set up a new newspaper for Brownsville. How are going to know who died in Brownsville? Or get the San Antonio paper to set up a valley wide newspapers because there's so much daily from accidents, robberies, deaths, business openings, marriages and quinceanera? Or maybe El rrunn run can open a Brownsville hot line to summit news of Brownsville.

the herald reports on obituaries only on even days meskins on add days gringos. FACT
I just cancelled my subscription to the so=called Herald. It took me more
time waiting for it to be deliverd than it took me to read the crepe they
had in there. their services got worse day by day and I guess they do not have a proofreader, cause teachers use the paper to located stupid mistakes.
Even title are wrong and stupid.
Adios, Herald and don't let the door hit you in your behind. But, we got the
best Cantinitas downtown and no newspaper.
