Enrique said that the HEB management didn't want him sitting in the shade of the tree on the HEB Boca Chica parking lot. Needless to say, it pissed us off! In the two years we've seen him there we've never once seen him walk around bothering anybody or beg anybody for anything. He just sits there on the far side of the parking lot and if you want to help him it's up to people's conscience to do so.
Is this the humane thing to do? We're sending this post to the HEB corporate offices to see whether they are of the same mind as the local HEB goons in the treatment of Enrique. Here Everyone's a Bully?)

There used to be an asshole manager/unit director like that at the big HEB in Harlingen. Same last name as the shithole across the river from Brownsville. I call him Mr. E. Matamoscas. A true perro del hortelano. Complained about the mofo to San Antonio and today he works at a smaller store in the mid valley away from the expressway.

There is a great problem with the homeless population in our country. Nearly 580,000 people experienced homelessness in 2020, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These people need housing, education, career opportunities, and health care. This can be done if our government officials would be more concerned with it citizens than with lining their own pockets. Too many wasteful programs, too many pet projects by of government officials, too many duplication of services, and the list goes on. Lets put an end to our governments wasteful spending and let’s start helping the people most in need in this country. Bottom line, a tree is not the answer. But a vote is!

This Boca Chica Blvd HEB is run only by HEB managers who hire only their family members or hire only people from Mexico. The managers tell to fill out an application online but hire their family or friends. They tell you that there are no jobs but I find out there is. People who work as cashier are afraid to talk or get fire. It's all about sex or blend over to get a job at all jobs in Brownsville.
