Jessica I commend you for your 12 years of service, unfortunately it was your lack of impact in your own district that cost you your run at mayor. If you would have done more for your district you would have walked away with people asking you to run for mayor. But, notice how no one asked you, you took it upon yourself to run. People were fatigued of your presence and lack of effectiveness . We must always do more than what we say we will. Good luck with endeavors.
