Most of the high school graduates of today are dense. Their parents are just like them. All they care about is their phone and social media.
Graduation is no joke
It is the highlight of many people's life in the RGV

For some graduation is a symbol of hope, of a way out. All it is is a ticket to play at the next level. Some will take advantage and move on, maybe even escaping a City of people that insert hate and negativity to something as joyous and hopeful as a graduation.

You are mistaken.
The exam for a federal job is too difficult. (it makes you crazy: A, B, C, D, A but not D, A, B, C, never D, )
Then they give you scenarios where you do not know what to answer. (What you say is wrong..you get people killed.)
Then they give you an exam to see if you are honest or know how to lie. (Before you take the exam, talk to your ex-girlfriend so that you practice having no emotions)
Then they look at your recommendations. (too young, too naïve, too approachable etc)
Then you are rejected. No job with the federal government.
Graduates need to have three choices: FBI, Border Patrol, State Trooper and a bonus choice: Police Academy.
extra choice: marry a lawyer (immigration ) and become a judge.
