Tino is a wise man. He thinks before answering. He plans before acting.
He knows people (emotions, actions, etc). He is a coach. Coaches are clever and never become confident in an arrogant way.
Coaches that feel superior, they lose the game. They misguide their team and their players.
Tino is capable and his followers know it.
Tino is a gentleman.
