Blacks have been given every opportunity to progress. Since the Emancipation Proclamation initiated on January 1st 1863 numerous laws and policies have been implemented to assist the blacks. Unfortunately blacks remain a radical population that feels they are owed for their sufferings of years past.
Who cares about blacks? I'm more concerned with the residents of this city that have to pay excessive property taxes that will only be used for special interest groups. And that's nothing! It's my understanding that there will be a referendum in the November elections screwing us over with even more property taxes.
