Of course this issue was resolved prior to their being hired as White House staff.

Trump might not have created inflation but he did something far worst, he almost caused an insurgency or coup by ordering his followers to attack the Capitol and fight like hell. He also lied about how deadly Covid19 was causing hundreds of thousands of deaths saying it would just go away. Claimed rigged elections from the get go but the one caught trying to cheat was him "Georgia find me 11k votes " stole highly classified top secret documents and refused to return them quite a few times. Chastised Senator John McCain because he was a POW while he refused the draft not one but three times claiming bone spurs probably from playing too much golf.
