Okay I was in town to address a pool filter issue, and a new garage door opener. Both missed all their appointments and I had to find new people. The pool guy was at the house while I ran out. People got tired of waiting at the house to have no one show, and my roommate was at work.
So I am at Stripes. Once a month I buy a $10.00 starch off. Behind me is a man with a T-Shirt which says "I install garage doors'" His price was the same, but he wanted to see it first and then he would come back.
We were good. But I never checked my ticket. It was a 100 dollars. He showed early and did it in 38 minutes. I just gave him the 100. I had gone back to stripe to cash it in.
The kit comes with only one opener, but it is three minutes to reprogram my old one. I do it and my hip collapsed while on the step ladder and my brain shunt bounced on the cement twice, my should was strawberry red. I could barely stand because of my hip. and I could not move my right arm.
The VA tells me to rush to the hospital. I am horrified I never see a nurse and only two PA's in training. When I demanded to see the attending MD I was told there was none. My shoulder was oozing with a white fluid. My head was pounding. The PA in training refused to do as the VA asked. I did get a cat scan, but it should have been an MRI. The shoulder was a simple x-ray. I showed them the NIH protocol which called for a CT scan to see if an Orth surgeon needed to drain the oozing from my shoulder. Eventually I was allowed to see the PA in charge and she agreed I did not have shingles on my shoulder, but refused to do the CT scan.
It is not an ER when the treating medical person is a PA in training.
When I get back to NC I will go to the VA in Durham.

The Sheriff has been very transparent since he took office. He probably needed to get all facts. But that incident didn't occur while the jailer was at work. Thought all previous administration's there has been numerous issues with employees yet nobody ever post anything. For all we know that jailer probably resigned yet you just want to bash.

"Sergeant" Angel Perez and "Chief" Cisneros. If deputies can leave the Sheriff's Office and are still allowed to work space x then the Sheriff's Office is going to have a lot more deputies leaving. Some deputies have stayed at the Sheriff's Office because of the overtime since we don't get paid anything but if you all are going to allow BISD officers to take our overtime we might as well go to BISD as well and get BISD pay and still work space x. Just saying. A lot of senior deputies are not happy with BISD officers taking up all of our space x, especially us new guys as well since we are getting paid shit. You all might be losing a lot of us new guys and senior deputies as well.

texting to a nurse and now the nurse got fired for using a county issue cell while texting him he thinks he is protected by his brother LT Costilla. You forgot the reason why you got move the first time for sending inappropriate text mssgs to a female jailer on your shift. Sgt Ibarra Jr chacalon Theres more Corporal jose omar Rodriguez living his post in DC1 to be with his Gf in the parking lot thats why he got demoted dating a female jailer that was in incarcerated before thats the supervisor we dont need in sheriff office note this individuals are from the previous administration so dont blame the actual sheriff for this pair of dump ass all the upper ranks are from previous administration just making the actual sheriff look bad .

BISD officers don't want nor need to work space x duty or overtime. They get paid well above what they used to and for doing absolutely nothing. Just continue to sign up to work the detail, they will not a take your only chance to make a decent paycheck.
