Yes, when you call the police always mention that the suspect might be diabetic, mentally ill, etc
Police forget this and also regular people forget.
Criminals evading arrest put citizens in harms way. With that said, congratulations to the Brownsville Police Department for a job well done.I do have a slight problem with the arrest. They failed to punch both eyes out. These thugs need to be kept in check if not they will take control of our communities.
