A homeless man – a U.S. citizen – is aroused from his slumber by the passing of a family of asylum seekers searching for citizenship to our paradise and a better life. One can only wonder at the envy in the migrants caused by the man on the sidewalk and hope that some day – if they are granted asylum – they, too, can mobilize their human capital and freely stretch out on the public sidewalk in total freedom. One can only dream.)
