This Officer should’ve never died. First, DPS was pining suspects phone and knew their location, but they decided not raid the location and arrest, instead they allowed them to go mobile which lead to the Officer being killed in San Benito. Second, chief/city manager el chapo sauceda has defunded the police department causing a major shortage in patrol manpower and to make things worse he assigns his followers and anyone who kisses his ass to special assignments, which makes the patrol situation even worse. Don’t forget those suspects are from Brownsville and the reason I say that is because criminals have been given a green light to operate as they wish in the city of Brownsville. When you reduce your manpower in patrol, there is a lack of police presence and criminals do as they wish. These 2 criminals were driving a stolen gmc truck and were carrying rifles and guns just like the gulf cartel in mexico. If you haven’t heard those trucks have been getting stolen like never before seen. El chapo sauceda dismantled the auto theft task force that was in place and had auto theft under control and replaced it with his buddies who are incompetent and have no clue how to investigate and arrest car thieves. Check the stats and you’ll see that all major crimes are on the rise under el chapo sauceda, including murders, aggravated assaults, vehicle crash deaths, robberies… anyway thats what happens when you take a guy with no experience, who only gave tickets as a motorcycle cop his entire career and make him chief of police. Having a degree does not make you capable of running a police department. And then his girlfriend city manager gives him an assist city manager position to have him next to her at all times. They need to fire this guy and hire someone that knows how to run a police department, for the sake and safety of Brownsville citizens. Look around, i speak the truth, where do you ever see police cars, other than driscoll events and coffee with a cop at mcdonalds. P.S. massy is the same shit as el chao sauceda, not to hire an outsider.
