no more patrolling. we only do school presentations and special presentations for the Sheriff GArza. they no longer care about the people and the deputies that we only have very few officers to answser the calls. that is why everyone is leaving and looking to go elsewhere. its to dangerous to stay here. all the new deputies the Garza knows he leaves them to work day jobs and they work til 5pm. our so called deputy association president Edgar Rivera does not represent us because he is scared to be put back to patrol. the standards of professionalism are all long gone. they do not care about the crime and if we have plenty of officders to patrol. Rivera only cares about having enough to cover the school presentations and having enough for show and tells at schools. this is bad. really bad especially when our LTS and Captains have no courage to do anything. nobody cares and we just stopped patrolling and park all night until a call comes in.

You get mad when Deputies don't want to come in on their days off to work details and events when your buddies are too busy filling their pockets with OT gigs or working those same events on OT time. Meanwhile your buddies Juan and Lerma have newer units than senior or even fto Deputies. They get to work special details on OT whenever they want.
