Shut down the Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center. Stop the waste. Instead, just put down all these strays and save on the upkeep of the shelter and the animals it houses. If you can’t afford a pure breed you don’t deserve a pet, just move on with your life. Most of the animals being adopted will just end up on the streets again.
