(Ed.'s Note: During last Sunday's Dallas Cowboy's game, everyone congratulated Top Sgt. David Hernandez for his menudo that was served at the VFW Post # 2035 during the Dallas Cowboys-Los Angeles Rams game. Well, it turned out that that culinary delicacy was the work of none other than a VFW auxiliary supporter named Rosie from San Benito. Today, she will provide her homestyle mole said to be as delicious, if not more, than her menudo. When she made menudo, the cowboys won.
