Many members of military, police and firemen are suffering from the trauma of human tragedies. Just another stain/skid mark in Sheriff Fife’s underwear. That’s what happens when you have a dysfunctional organization. Even though this happened on the employee’s own time , its a reflection of the arrogance and bulletproof mentality that engulfs these individuals under the supervision of the worse sheriff in the history of Cameron County ( next to Conrado). It all starts at the top and trickles downhill. Incompetence, inexperience, corruption, nepotism, favoritism and deceit are running rampant/ uncontrollable at the Sheriffs department and jails. According to many sources there is major trouble brewing at both the Sheriffs department and Brownsville PD. So who is responsible for the safety/ welfare of the community if those 2 institutions are clueless and in shambles???? Who is to blame for knowingly allowing this to occur?? This is very disturbing and dangerous!!!
