You forgot to list all the property tax-payers. They hit us every year, so they can finance all the wars on this planet but here can't fix pot holes, but can paint murals costing the city over 250,000 dolllars each and millions on bike trails nobody uses and no bus shelters and an airless port that has 1000's of vending machines.
