Rosas can't handle an office of 5 people what makes him believe he can run the SO. He is better off taking micki to the gym at the office to have sex while on the clock. Good times Jessie
Rosas protected an officer who refused to remove the abuser from the home. The 911 calls prove the report of abuse. There is also a CPS case with a finding of abuse. the officer refused to remove the abuser based on criminal trespass.
Naturally Gloria Rincones ran cover for the abuser in another incident and refused to sign a protective order.
The feds will handle Rosas, and Gloria.
