Brownsville, TX came in as 10th worst, and was condemned for being a border town that makes is obviously highly dangerous. Also, they weren't fans of how cheap it was (which is probably why so many retirees like my own aunt and uncle snowbird there).

Rosas refused to discipline an officer who refused to remove the domestic abuser after the 911 call. He had no right to be there. He is not on the lease. The officer refused to enforce criminal trespass. The officer left the abuser in the home and Rosas found no wrongdoing.
