No it was Reagan that forced Congress to pass a law to protect asylum seekers.....thinking that the USA will never be faced with asylum seekers at their door.

We are like Laredo now. plain as day. You see cars a block from the bridge pull up and a kid gets in, they take him for a spin, and get dropped off right back at the town square in front of the church after deal is done. There's enough for everyone. there's a group of them just looking for headlights flashing after they stop. no law enforcement. They are too many to stop. They just let them be.
