The Discretion created in around 2010 thru 2013 by than Gov. Rick Perry, Cameron County judge Carlos Casco and Commissioners like Sofia Benevides, David Garza, Joe Rivera, and Edna Tamayo, and then private attorney for the Commissioner court was Luis Saenz. They conspired a plan to take away the discretion power right that was vested in the Cameron County district attorney, then Villalobos to prosecute certain civil cases. They decided they wanted to play the role of Judges, lawyers, prosecutors and decided to take away the discretion power of the former Dist. Atty. Armando Villalobos. These were the main players who decided to either steal, sell or do away with our Boca Chica Beach. The LNG deal was already decided by these bastardos way back then when Rick Perry was Governor and wanted to bring LNG to Cameron County, this explains why they rushed to the Land Swap of Boca Chica to cover their asses. They also made the deal with the devil Elon Musk, way back. It makes sense as to Why dist. attorney Luis Saenz doesn't do shit, he himself represented the very people who are now in control of the Cameron County judicial system. Remember State Dist. Judge Andrew Hanen noting that it was a disservice to the judicial system when the attorneys, judges and police use their prestigious titles to steal, arrest, convict and deny legal justice to the very victims who elected them. This is my opinion.
Too Late for this! The commissioners have already been bought and paid for.

Brownsville doesn't need LNG at the BND. Brownsville illegals need food stamps and plenty of free stuff from the crazy democrats. LNG should go to Harlingen Port or Corpus Christi where there are few rats. Let's leave Brownsville a ghetto and poor city of South Texas.

After we took it up the ass(with no KY Jelly and not even a beer beforehand) with the Boca Chica / TPWD land swap, you all still think it's worth fighting the LNG bullshit???? Don't get me wrong, the concept/reasons against it ARE worth it, but unfortunately $$$$$$ is our formidable foe/competition!! Same as the Boca Chica bullshit!!! Deep pockets and corruption will prevail. Our local leaders are weak and eager to take their turn at the cookie jar. And forget about using the protection of the environment/ecosystems angle with the LNG issue, our local/state/federal agencies don't give a fuck about the birds,fish and wildlife in our area . They could care less if all the wildlife is wiped out. I guess they think thats what zoo's are for. How sad, but those are the consequences when the almighty dollar trumps common sense. Good luck on your endeavor but I'm afraid your road is a dead end street.
