The city needs to check into this and the mamones who live in that area blocking the streets with cones,they don't own the streets. Block the driveway area but not the rest of the street.

Chairs, cones, boxes were all blocked by residents. They were charging 10 dollars. Twenty dollars : church. Thirty dollars for those one block away from Washington Park.
Result: everybody had a good time and they are ready for next year.

cops should go give tickets to whoever put those cones on the city right-away. In front of your home on the other side of the sidewalk IT IS A CITY "EASEMENT", IT IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY PENDEJOS and the cops allow this.
