The Chief Judge of the Court of Criminal Appeals lost in the primaries along with another who crossed Paxton. Until the ruling barring him from doing the DA's job when he refused, the AG's office prosecuted many people who corrupt DA's refused to prosecute. That was a win for the people. Unfortunately, even though Alred won the Democratic nomination for US Senate the counties along the Rio Grande voted for the Latino, who lost. There is zero chance Biden will win Texas in November. Almost a million more Republicans voted than Democrats. But independents do not like Ted Cruz Alred can flip that seat. He spent heavily in the LRGV, but still did not get the votes. The National Democratic Party is going to heavily fund Gonzalez against Myra. It will be a nail biter, but Gonzalez has something Myra does not have. He has a lot of bipartisan Bills just waiting on the House to vote on them. All the polling shows this is what the people want. Myra only offers division. It is up to Gonzalez to advertise all the Republicans he is working with to move the People's Agenda ahead. People do not want a catfight between the candidates.

I guess the tax assessor collector does not effect anything in Brownsville, especially taxes, not commissioner precinct No.1 (southmost area), the sheriff (all of cameron county) and that is why nobody from brownsville voted.
Alex Dominguez, you had a chance, aside from your collapse in Willacy County you continue to affiliate your self with that wanna be Zeke Silva, he is your Achilles heel. My family nor did I vote for you because you affiliate yourself with him. Remove him from your political future if you’d like our continued support. Many people felt this way. Although we are not from Brownsville proper we do have many friends who live there as do my immediate family. This was a sentiment that was echoed amongst many of our voters in your district race.

What is wrong with people who are so stupid they vote for the dirty-talking, no education idiots for a position of power. What does Ruben Cortez know about govt since he did not even take a govt class in high school cause he was a dropout. How does his filthy Mom get reelected time and time again with the kind of language she uses in public? She devulges things she sees during her job of declaring a subject dead and can not even explain herself logically when interviewed on TV - "the boy hit the car in front and another car came and the boy was dead!"
