It was promoted as the latest and greatest State of Brownsville Police Department presentation in the history of the city featuring Chief Felix "El Chapo" Sauceda held last Wednesday at the city's Events Center.

The chief says it’s the police department’s duty to be transparent and accountable with the community.
During his address, Sauceda showed a video summarizing the department's activities and achievements in 2023. The video also included the city's crime statistics for that year, demonstrating the department's efforts to improve public safety.(?)
The presentation had all the trappings of a television commercial with customized graphics, multiple screens and videos prepared by the overpaid, hype-generating factory called the city's Communications and Marketing Dept. under spin wizard Director Manuel Chacon ($124,000) and his staff of 10 well-paid winged monkeys.
Sauceda was wearing his best chief uniform, his best chief cap, his best chief spit-shined shoes, and his best chief smile. Unfortunately, as far as city crime stats went, Sauceda's "best" wasn't good enough.

The figure includes an INCREASE in violent crimes such as murder, and non-violent crimes such as theft.
“Unfortunately, any one of those crimes is one crime too many,” Brownsville police Chief Felix Sauceda later told a local broadcaster. “These are serious crimes."
Sauceda said there were eight murders in his city in 2023, DOUBLE from the year before.
In 2023, more than 332 vehicle thefts were also reported — an INCREASE of 140 compared to the year before.
A number of those thefts were trucks that were taken to Mexico, Sauceda said, adding that Brownsville police have made several arrests linked to vehicle thefts, but not specifying how many, when the arrests were made, or the property recovered.
“We continue to work with educating our community in staying vigilant, and everything we can try to do to avoid those senseless crimes,” Sauceda said.
Sauceda said the police department is updating their computer system so that it can help dispatchers report crimes faster, and helps officers act quicker. He emphasized the importance of (catch-word alert!) changing the organizational culture, fostering innovation, and building a modern police force capable of effectively serving the community.
“When we took over five years ago, we knew that we needed to change the culture, we knew that we needed to innovate, we needed to build a modern-day police organization and what was that going to embody and what was that going to have to bring to the table,” Sauceda said during his presentation.
Well, chief, after five years these crime statistic reports show that there is nowhere but up for the PD. Room for improvement. Yeah, that's the ticket. Oink.

No wonder Brownsville citizens are hit yearly with increased property taxes. A salary of $195,000 is too high for any position in our impoverished area. So city administrators gave this puppet an additional position of assistant city manager to justify his high salary. How many assistant city mangers does this shit hole of a city really need? When are voters going to demand accountability? When are voters going to demand that the city/county commissioners conduct a salary survey in this area? We need to compare all city/county positions with similar positions in the private sector. Too much government! Too much waste!

Note really reported on, but Biden promised to send to the Senate a Bill to deal with people like Sauceda and Garza on the Violence Against Women law. For years the DOJ enforced it against people like Sauceda and Garza who refuse to file charges on Domestic Violence. Then the Supreme Court finally issued an opinion which said Congress failed to include and enforcement provision. Biden promised to amend the law to now include the right of the DOJ to sue local law enforcement. The case I am working on which Saucedo refused to refer for prosecution the abuser knocked down the door and pulled a weapon on a pregnant woman. When Villalobos tried to use discretionary enforcement as a defense for all the domestic abuse cases, he dismissed Judge Hanen made clear to Villalobos under federal law state law enforcement has no discretion on the matter and must prosecute.

Yet does absolutely nothing to a Lieutenant Calderon who body shamed, harrased and ridiculed a female cadet!
Then the same Lieutenant had an inappropriate relationship with another female cadet letting her do as she pleased! When the female cadet refused to continue the relationship with Calderon, the Lieutenant has her fired!
All while Chief Sauceda's patrol Commander is well aware of both situations along with Chief Sauceda and they do nothing but bring out the broom and sweep it under the rug!
Later just transferring both Lieutenant and Commander to patrol..🤔

Chief Felix El Chapo Sauceda attempting to pull another fast one as he tries to insert one of his boys into a Supervisor position as Sergeant even though the BPOA contract clearly states that you must be a Brownsville Police Officer for five years to be eligible to promote but 4 years is close enough if your one of El Chapo Sauceda's boys! Late to the party, stopped reading this blog because all they talk about is sheriff Garza. Sheriff Garza has been taking all the attention away from P.O.S. felix sauceda. Mr sauceda is a fucken snake but the public doesn’t know that cause all they see is him spending time with the driscoll kids and other Down syndrome kids while trying to make himself look good. That P.O.S. does not deserve the chief title, that’s why the officers refuse to call him chief (except mamalouie) he calls him potronsito bonito but it sure pisses him off when they don’t address him as chief. Guess what mr sauceda, you have to earn their respect not demand it. As no per the murders only being 8, he probably has some victims on life support so they dont have to count them. He has his supervisors manipulating the numbers and reclassifying cases so they don’t count on the stats. Oh and then the stolen cars problem. mr sauceda got rid of all his experienced detectives, pushed them out and making most of them leave the department. He now has a department to his liking with a bunch of inexperienced rookies but that’s not the problem in the stolen car department. It’s incompetence and inexperience but mostly incompetence. When you have a guy in there that works for both, PD and gulf cartel what do you expect. Of course all the stolen cars are going to mexico and of course it’s being facilitated, so the gulf cartel can receive and operate with new high end vehicles. What a bunch of fucken morons. By the way, there’s no cops out on the streets cause sauceda takes care of certain individuals like the swat reject he has assigned to gym duty or lime his ex girlfriend who he has assigned to a clerk job or lime those females that are still working from home even though the pandemic ended years ago.
